    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have printer TS5120&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Its connected wirelessly and I have a Macbook Air OS Catalina 10.15.3&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am starting to get this message when I try to scan a second page:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;jp.co.canon.ij.scanutilitylite.icadriver error 4294957382&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;basically the message tells me they cant scan the page and ends the scanning making a PDF document into separate files instead of just one&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I restarted my computer and it was fine until the 3rd or 4th page. I also redownloaded the software&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please advise. thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Greetings,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is only limited support for the TS5120 running under OS Catalina.&amp;nbsp; No driver is listed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try using the full version of the IJ Scanner Driver&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="http://pdisp01.c-wss.com/gdl/WWUFORedirectTarget.do?id=MDIwMDAwNTI1OTA2&amp;amp;cmp=ABR&amp;amp;lang=EN" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;http://pdisp01.c-wss.com/gdl/WWUFORedirectTarget.do?id=MDIwMDAwNTI1OTA2&amp;amp;cmp=ABR&amp;amp;lang=EN&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Uninstall the lite version and restart first.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>The only thing that got installed after I deleted the lite version and went to the link u gave me was "IJ Network Device Setup Utility"</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Install again Canon IJ Scan utility and it will work with Catalina ver 10.15.4&lt;/P&gt;</description>
