6220 envelope printing problem

No matter how many paper size changes I make prior to printing an envelope, it always wants to print as if using 8-1/2x11 in. paper. I must be missing something. I'm trying to print on a 6x9in. card envelope if that info helps. Anyone know what it is I'm missing? Thanks.

Hello Lyco81.

The issue may be related to the program that is being used. Please try the following adjustment:

1. With the document open, click file and choose Print.

2. Select the MG6220 and choose Properties or Preferences.

3. In the Quick Setup tab, expand the Media Type menu and choose Envelope.

4. In the Printer Paper Size menu, choose Custom.

6. Enter the 6x9 dimensions and click OK.

7. Choose your remaining desired settings in the preferences menu and click OK.

Once this has been done, try printing to test the adjustment. If you continue to have difficulties, please try printing the envelope in a different program.
