      <description>&lt;P&gt;Frustration!&amp;nbsp; Printer only prints partial page or blank page.&amp;nbsp; Happens mostly with Publisher documents and double-sided docs.&amp;nbsp; Any solution?&amp;nbsp; Have already downloaded latest software, cleaned and tested, etc.&amp;nbsp; Nothing seems to work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
