    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, Rick. As I said, there is no message on the printer. I also don't get a message on my PC showing specifically what the error is. All I see is the printe queue on my PC and under the Status column it says Error - Printing. The printer is turned on.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My Pixma MX490 printed once successfully. Now, it keeps saying there's an error, but doesn't indicate what the error is.
