    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;My canon MG5750 is connected with my mac air. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Until yesterday it printed fine, then it started printing as if black ink was low, which is not, as I have changed the cartridge recently and its full (red light on). &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I tried resetting the cartridge by switching off and disconnecting printer but it did not work and now I even have the problem that the laptop cannot find the printer (it's connected with USB cable).&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;can you help, pelase?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I am running Catalina, and have been for weeks now, while the problem started yesterday&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just to let everyone now that&amp;nbsp; hav esolved teh problem by deleting the printer from my omputer (through the preferences dialogue window )and reconnecting it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
