    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Jay71,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The printer error may indicate that the printer driver is not configured properly.&amp;nbsp; Please try the following to resolve the issue:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1.&amp;nbsp; Click Start.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2.&amp;nbsp; Click Control Panel.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3.&amp;nbsp; Click Hardware and Sound.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4.&amp;nbsp; Click Devices and Printers.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;5.&amp;nbsp; Right click the PIXMA MG8120 Printer and click Printer Properties.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;6.&amp;nbsp; Click the Ports tab.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;7.&amp;nbsp; Make sure that the checkmark is on the port that starts with CNBJNP, then click OK and try to print.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the CNBJNP port was already selected please try right clicking the PIXMA MG8120 printer and click See Whats Printing.&amp;nbsp; When the print queue opens, click Printer and remove the checkmark on Use Printer Offline by clicking on it, then try printing again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Canon MG8120 wireless won't print from Dell Inspiron One.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When we first wirelessly installed the MG8120 to our computer, it printed fine and&amp;nbsp;five printer&amp;nbsp;icons were displayed on the desktop. Several months later we could not print from our computer anymore and only two printer icons are displayed&amp;nbsp;on the desktop.&amp;nbsp;We have reinstalled the printer several times, and downloaded drivers.&amp;nbsp; Nothing seems to help.&amp;nbsp; The&amp;nbsp;document status shows "error"&amp;nbsp;when it doesn't print.&amp;nbsp;The printer is making connection with the Inspiron One because we are able to scan from the MG8120.&amp;nbsp; When we turn off the computer and turn it back on, it will print a page of the last document.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We can still print wirelessly to this same MG8120 from the laptop.&amp;nbsp; The laptop has five printer icons on the desktop and there are no printing issues with the laptop.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
