Result?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the printer is new it has a 1 yr warranty.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the above doesn't help, and its within the return window, return or exchange&amp;nbsp;it to the retailer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If outside the return window but still under warranty,&amp;nbsp;contact canon 1 (800) 652-2666.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If outside of the warranty period, remove the ink tanks and remove/reseat the print head.&amp;nbsp; If none of the above helps, its time for a new printer.&amp;nbsp; The cost of shipping and repair is&amp;nbsp;likely prohibative in comparison to replacement.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
