    <description>&lt;P&gt;so...i've got a canon mx492 printer. when the power cable is plugged in, the middle light flashes 1 time, the light above the "on" button flashes 2 times, then the light on the far right above the triangle shape turn a solid orange. nothing on the printer display. the driver is nowhere to be found on my laptop. when usb cable is connected, it just stays at unknown device.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;no response from the printer what so ever when pushing different buttons on the printer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i don't know what the problem could be. was working fine yesterday.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi niconez,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please open the front cover and attempt to remove both ink cartridges.&amp;nbsp; If you are unable to, that is OK.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Next, please disconnect all cables connected to your PIXMA MX492.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Reconnect the power cord to a different outlet and reconnect to the printer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once connected, please turn your PIXMA MX492 on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the issue persists, it is recommended that you contact one of Canon's Technical Support Representatives via phone.
