      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have followed the other threads about this subject and they were not resolved. Ihave the MX432, new color cartridge, cleaned, print alignment, and still it does not print color. One thing I did notice was that when I did a print preview, it shows as black and white. Maybe there is something stopping my computer from printing color. I use widndows 10 that came with my hp laptop.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, I just performed a nozzle check and it prints light shades of blue, pink (red), and yellow, clearly,&lt;/P&gt;</description>
