    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been trying to scan documents with my Canon PIXMA MX492 printer/scanner and it was working fine and then I started getting an error message. I have attached what the error message looks like, I have tried everything suggested but it still won't work.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been trying to scan documents with my Canon PIXMA MX492 printer/scanner and it was working fine and then I started getting an error message.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi asanti5,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What version of OSX is installed on your Mac?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you tried scanning by using the IJ Scan Utility?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you scan with the IJ Scan Utility, if an error appears, what is the wording of that message?&amp;nbsp; Screenshot is OK too.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
