    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank youf or geting back to me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am using Windows 10 and connected wirelessly to the printer. The printer is about 12 inches from the hotspot.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After poking around, I noticed that my COntrol Panel had in some but not all its screens 2 copies of the printer showing. I then removed the printer and reinstalled it. It is working now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My printer worked fine for several years but now every time I try to print, it enters "pause" mode. Opening the printer queue and selecting restart doesn't help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
