    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi zpower,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The PIXMA MP620 is not supprted with macOS 10.13.&amp;nbsp; The PIXMA MP620 has not been supported since Mac OSX v10.9.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You are eligible for Canon's Upgrade Program.&amp;nbsp; This is for out of warranty units which have been diagnosed to require service, or for some reason are incompatible with a new or upgraded system.&amp;nbsp; This option allows you a one-time opportunity to purchase a replacement product, discounted from the list price.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To help you get up and running quickly, we also offer free standard shipping (if the order is completed by 12:30PM ET).&amp;nbsp; If you would like to take part in this option, please call our Sales Department at (866) 443-8002 seven days a week, 8am to Midnight.&amp;nbsp; Let them know you have been working with technical support and the Canon Upgrade Program was offered.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>MP620 Scanner No longer working with macOS High Sierra (grayed out)</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a MP620 and my Mac is using macOS High Sierra (10.13.6). &amp;nbsp;I have downloaded all of the latest drivers including the Image Garden software. &amp;nbsp;I can print, but I am unable to scan. &amp;nbsp;It is grayed out in Image Garden. &amp;nbsp;I also tried to launch the scanner from Solution Menu software but I get the error, &amp;nbsp;"MP Navigator EX Quit Unexpectedly." &amp;nbsp;I do believe the Soluion Menu software has been replaced by Image Garden though.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help is appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Chris&lt;/P&gt;</description>
