Can my Canon Pixma MG3620 print white ink?

I'm looking to print a design in white on some heat transfer paper. But I'm looking everywhere online and I can't find anything about printing in white. I've tried using the "Color" setting and it doesn't print white. Is there some specific white ink cartridge I need? Or is it not possible?

Also, I've never used the "Color" setting but when I try to print in red it still doesn't work. My black is empty so is it possible that the color cartridge got used for black when the black cartridge ran out?

I have never seen a printer that can use white ink, most printing is done on white paper so it just isn't needed.

Unless you specifically tell your printer to print monochrome only then it will use all available ink colours mixed together to get black so that is why you have no colour ink left.
