    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi! Help!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I cannot get the touchscreen to work on my Canon MG6320 printer. I looked it up and I downloaded all the updates, but the firmware has an issue and gives an error that the creater has to update the update??&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Turining it off for 30 seconds does not resolve the issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Carly&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Finally resolved the issue with the help of customer support.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Uplug your printer from the power source. Tap the power button 6 times. Plug printer and power it up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Who figures this stuff out? Makes zero sense, but on to my printing!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Carly&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Greetings,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Trying to upgrade the firmware on a non or malfunctioning device is not a good idea.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you tried unplugging the device from the wall outlet for a few minutes?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;****Edit...&amp;nbsp; just got to your post...&amp;nbsp; I see you figured it out.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
