Sometimes prints all or portions of text in red when set for gray scale.

Hi jhst,

The first step would be to perform a test of your PIXMA TS9120. To do this, please follow these steps:

1. Please press the gear icon at the bottom of the display of your PIXMA TS9120

2. Tap Maintenance

3. Tap Print nozzle check pattern

4. Tap Yes

A test page will print. Does the page that printed match the example below?
