      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Hjd74,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are&amp;nbsp;getting paper jam errors and you can't locate any jammed paper, you can try removing the ink using the steps provided &lt;A href="https://support.usa.canon.com/kb/index?page=content&amp;amp;id=ART166536" target="_self"&gt;HERE&lt;/A&gt;. When the inks are out, you can check the inside left and right of the printer for any torn paper or obstructions.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can load the ink back into the printer and then you can try printing again to see if you run in to the same error.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you run into the same issue, I would need some additional information to assist further. If you could reply to this message with the information below, we will be able to provide additional trouble shooting steps.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;How many times does the alarm light flash between pauses or what error code do you get when printing?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;DId this start after a jam?
