Bought the Wrong Ink Cartridge TS6120

Went to buy new colored ink for my TS6120 and bought the 270/271 ink instead of the 280/281. Is there a way to return these or exchange them for the ones I need? Any help is appreciated, thanks!

Yes?.. doubtful a retailer will take it back if they cannot resell it.

No? I'm sure you can figure out how to return something you purchased but don't need.
