PIXMA MG6820 Software Download

Trying to download MG6820 software to a new computer. When I try to install, I get a pop up that says "Zip file is damaged, truncated, etc. Try download again." I've tried downloading several times. Windows 10 recognizes the printer and I can print, but can't scan. Help!

Rick, that is the one I used. I've tried on two different computers, several times., with the same result. Do you know any other source?

Hi Tricks,

Please try using a different web browser, such as Edge, Chrome or Firefox. I have noticed this issue when using Chrome.
