      <description>&lt;P&gt;My G6020 multifunction printer has begun giving me an error code when I attempt to scan multiple documents&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;jp.co.canon.ij.scanutilitylite.icadriver error 4294957382&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It will scan the first page fine, then when I attempt to scan the second page I get the error above.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I purchased the scannner in January 2020 and it has worked just fine until now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am running 27" iMac Late 2014 model with macOS Catalina 10.15.3. The printer is connected to the iMac via USB.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have removed the scanjet lite utility, downloaded the latest version, and reinstalled several times and rebooted the computer each time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Help -- I would hate to think that I have to replace a multifunction printer that is less than a year old!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
