    <description>&lt;P&gt;Greetings,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This issue is hard to diagnose or solve in a forum.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Start by turning the device off and disconnecting from power.&amp;nbsp; Reconnect, turn on and retest.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If that doesn't help, there might be a physical problem with the device or a sensor.&amp;nbsp; You'll have to inspect more closely.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Contacting Canon is also an option.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>MG7520  open cover message ???</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have a MG7520 that keeps saving cover is open in the middle of printing. Comes on and goes off several times while printing with nothing being touched. Cover is secure.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
