Printer auto-adding border to documents MX492

I'm trying to print a bordless marginless document from my chrombox with an mx492. Its a trifold menu design for a restaurant so every cm is important.

I'm clicking "bordless" and "no margin" on the chrome print and the print preview shows the document perfectly bordless. But then I click "print" and the document comes out with 1/2" margin on all sides. It seems like this is a printer issue since the chrome print setup showed the preview perfectly.

Any suggestions?

Hi organic0,

When printing on plain paper, borderless printing is disabled. Please try setting the paper type to matte.

sorry but that doesn't work. there's no option for borderless printing.

What size paper are you using? depending on he printer borderless can’t be printed on all paper sizes. Go to the Canon support site for your printer and get the manual for the printer.
