I am unable to copy a Black and White Document. I place the document on the platen, press the black button and a blank piece of paper is ejected.

I CAN print a document from the PC and it will also scan a document. It just doesnt print from the platen.

Any solution to why I cannot print a copy from the platen? I can print from the PC.

Hi laoszak,

Please perform this test:

1. Tap the gear icon at the bottom of the display of your PIXMA TR7520.

2. Tap Maintenance.

3. Tap Print nozzle check pattern.

4. Tap Yes.

A test page will print.

Please compare yours to the example below. Does yours match the example?
