    <description>&lt;P&gt;I tried both Cleaning and Deep Cleaning. Every ink cartridge is brand new.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;But every print job I send to the printer, black/white or color, comes out nearly blank. Is this a driver or hardware issue?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Odd thing is, when I scan/copy, it prints okay.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;These are the images I get when I try to print. First is from cleaning, it doesn't seem to print the barcode thing on top.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi jnoh12,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The black grid should print at the top of the nozzle check that you printed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Because it did not, do you have another PGI-250PGBK&amp;nbsp;ink tank that you could use in your PIXMA MG7520?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the issue persists, please perform 2 deep cleanings:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1.&amp;nbsp; Swipe the display of your PIXMA MG7520 and select &lt;IMG src="https://ugp01.c-ij.com/ij/webmanual/Manual/W/MG7500%20series/EN/BG/screens/i_setup.jpg" border="0" /&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2.&amp;nbsp; Select &lt;IMG src="https://ugp01.c-ij.com/ij/webmanual/Manual/W/MG7500%20series/EN/BG/screens/i_maintenance.jpg" border="0" /&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3.&amp;nbsp; Select Deep cleaning &lt;IMG src="https://ugp01.c-ij.com/ij/webmanual/Manual/W/MG7500%20series/EN/BG/screens/l_main050.jpg" border="0" alt="Figure: Touch screen" /&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4.&amp;nbsp;Tap Yes and then tap Yes again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once you have performed cleanings, please print another nozzle check.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG src="https://community.usa.canon.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/25947i4C6F3C7522B90A84/image-size/original?v=1.0&amp;amp;px=-1" border="0" alt="MG7520 Nozzle Check.jpg" title="MG7520 Nozzle Check.jpg" width="276" height="374" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the grid still does not appear at the top (like in the example above), your PIXMA MG7520 would require service.&amp;nbsp; You are eligible for Canon's Upgrade Program.
