Does anyone have any thoughts on how to print an A9 (half fold) envelope, there is no option for that size and if I use custom I cannot get it to print in the center of the envelope.

What version of Windows are you using?

If you are using a Mac, what version of OSX is installed?

What program are you using to print your envelope?
