    <description>&lt;P&gt;My printer is only printing blue images and no text.. ink wells are full and I have cleaned. I really don't want to buy a new printer. I did start filling the ink wells myself to save money and they worked at first. I have not done a second refill yet as it is not needed. Could this have anything to do with the error?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

This is for out of warranty units which have been diagnosed to require service, or for some reason are incompatible with a new or upgraded system.
