    <description>&lt;P&gt;I just set up my new Pixma iX6820, and have yet to print anything. The on button continually flashes every time I turn it on (don't know if this is normal). My main issue is that even though the cover is closed, I get a Support Code 1200 that the printer's cover is open. I have tried unplugging the printer, unplugging the USB cable from my iMac, and even taking out the ink and putting it back in. I'm a graphic designer, and usually pretty savvy when it comes to printers, but this has me baffled. Any help would be appreciated!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
