Hi All
I just purchased my Canon Pixma, printed 10 photos and now it’s reading C000 code. I’ve checked the inks, looked for obstructions and made sure all orange tape was off, but it’s not working. Any other ideas are much appreciated!!

Hi Queenmary,

Please open the cover to your printer and make sure that all of the ink tanks are pushed down, clicked into place. The C000 error usually means that the ink carriage is unable to move. If an ink tank is not properly inserted into the printer, this error will occur.

If you continue to have difficulties, please contact our support group using the following link:

https://mycanon.usa.canon.com
