So, support sucks. Just sayin' -

But anyway, hopefully someone has the answer in here because GEEZ LOUEEZ!

The stupid printer apparently is having issues with a print head, ok, great, which one? NONE of the cartridges are empty. All have ink, I can shake it around, I can see it in there.

This happened all of a sudden and cannot print. So how the heck do I fix this? Have obviously already turned stuff off/on, already obviously pulled each cartridge out and replaced in the printer otherwise woudn't know they all have ink in them.

I realize this is an older printer but c'mon, there has to be a reason for this and a solution, yes?

How the heck do I tell which cartridge is faulty? And no, obviously there is nothing blinking to indicate that, as was the case in the past, so how do I tell which one is the problem one?

Thanks!
