jpg file im trying to print showing up as question mark on TS9020 screen???

I have a jpg file Im trying to priny on my Canon TS9020

Its not displaying on the front printer screen correctly only as a large question mark

Why is this happening and how can I correct this?

Hi mouln,

The question mark is an indication that your PIXMA TS9020 does not recognize that file as an image file and you would not be able to print it directly from the printer. To print this image, please upload it to a computer or mobile device and print the image from there.
