I checked and the ink was out (250XL). Replaced cartridge with the same type that was in it. Still got the error. Replaced it with a Canon cartridge and still same error.</P><P>Troubleshooting steps taken:</P><P>- Powered off, unplugged printer for a few minutes. Plugged back in, powered on, same error.</P><P>- Uninstalled printer and reinstalled printer.
