    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Bigpitch18,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please open the cover to your PIXMA TS8320 and make sure that all of the tape/cellophane has been removed from each ink tank.&amp;nbsp; Once done, please close the cover.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Next, we will perform a test of your printer:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1.&amp;nbsp; Select the gear icon at the bottom of the display of your PIXMA TS8320 (&lt;IMG src="https://ugp01.c-ij.com/ij/webmanual/Manual/All/TS8300%20series/EN/UG/screens/i_setup.jpg" border="0" /&gt;).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2.&amp;nbsp; Select Maintenance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3.&amp;nbsp; Select Nozzle Check and then Yes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The test page will print.&amp;nbsp; Please compare yours to the example below:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG src="https://community.usa.canon.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/25432i309916142966BBA3/image-size/original?v=1.0&amp;amp;px=-1" border="0" alt="test.jpg" title="test.jpg" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If your test page does not look similar, please choose "Also B" on the printer's display and a printhead cleaning will be performed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once the cleaning is complete, please print another nozzle check.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If your TS8320 is not printing correctly after performing 3 cleanings, please contact one of Canon's Technical Support Representatives via phone or chat.       <title>PIXMA TS8320 Won't Print All Colors</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My new Pixma TS8320 will not print all colors.&amp;nbsp; Just yellow and black.&amp;nbsp; It was printing all but once I changed the yellow cartridge it won't print other colors.&amp;nbsp; Anyone else having a problem lke this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
