Pixma TS5160 Printer will Not Print

I am so frustrated with this printer!!

i've run all the tests which come back as fine.

I replaced the cartridge with new Canon cartridges from Target.

and yet IT STILL WILL NOT PRINT!!! the paper runs thru and it sounds like it's printing but the pages come out totally blank.

what is wrong? help please!

Frustrating. We can imagine.

"Run all the tests"... and what tests were those?

What computer are you using the printer with?

What OS?

How is it connected?

We can try to help, but need more information first.

My TS5160 is not copying when operated from the operation panel on the printer.

It prints and scans.
