Hi

I recently purchased the PIXMA TS3329 ... I managed to connect to my wifi and have my MacBook print something off a website remotely to my printed. But if I have to scan and use the IJ Scan Utility Lite, I keep getting an error message that it cannot be scanned or the printed can not be found. I had to use the USB connection between the laptop and the printer to get any pdf scanning done.

Please help

Hi SkullLeader00,

There are a few things that could be interfering with the scanner driver. Since you were able to scan using a USB connection, the signal to the printer may have been a little low. Scanning requires more signal compared to printing. To check the signal strength of the printer, you will need to print the network settings page.

Press the Information button.. Once the settings print, check box 3-2-1. You will want the signal strength to be 80% or higher.

Did this answer your question?
