    <description>&lt;P&gt;Good morning!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just bought my scanner Canon TR7520 and when I open the scanner option I get an error saying "An error occured while communicating with your scanner. (-9923)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I haven't had an issues with my printer, so I don't know what this error could be. Any suggestions?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;LB&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Greetings,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We can try to help, but need to know:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How the printer is connected?&amp;nbsp; and to what?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What OS you are using?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Communication error, possible solutions:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-Disable IPv6 for your network adapter&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-Select "Network Version" of the TR7520 in the top (drop down) menu of the IJ scanner Utility&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://ugp01.c-ij.com/ij/webmanual/ScanUtility/W/TR7500%20series/1.1/EN/SU/su-001.html" target="_blank"&gt;https://ugp01.c-ij.com/ij/webmanual/ScanUtility/W/TR7500%20series/1.1/EN/SU/su-001.html&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
