hi, im using canon MG2970 printer, and it seem like it doesnt detect to my window 10 computer.

tried to ON/OFF the power button of the printer and still doesnt work

the ON/OFF button is ON

the alarm light in ON (no blinking)

are you able to help troubleshoot?
