      <description>&lt;P&gt;Greetings,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We know what the problem is and the model of printer you own, but little more.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How the printer is connected and to what?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;OS you are using the printer with?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Drivers you installed?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did it ever work?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What changed?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Etc...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"&lt;SPAN&gt;attempting numerous and repetitive fixes"..&amp;nbsp; I'm afraid this doesn't tell us what you did, or what happened when you did it.&amp;nbsp; Troubleshooting steps?&amp;nbsp; We canoot make suggestions if we don't know what actions were performed.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;400 Series:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://support.usa.canon.com/kb/index?page=content&amp;amp;id=ART137566" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://support.usa.canon.com/kb/index?page=content&amp;amp;id=ART137566&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
