If you can reply to this message with the information below, we can provide some trouble shooting steps.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;What verson of the Mac or Windows operating system are you using on your computer?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Are you setting the printer up via WI-Fi or USB?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;What errors or specific issues are you running into with the install?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can also register the printer and create a Canon account using the link &lt;A href="https://mycanon.usa.canon.com/signin" target="_self"&gt;HERE&lt;/A&gt; to get live help over the phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
