PIXMA 922 printer

I use the printer for sugar sheets when making cakes. It will not pull the sheet through. Keeps giving an error or no paper in upper tray. I am using the lower tray. Have tried many thing from reading on line. Nothing has worked.

Just so I am clear. You are using edible inks with edible papers and the paper is not being fed from the correct paper tray?

What software application are you printing from?

Canon USA does not support using edible ink or edible paper in our printers, as it can damage the printer.

this was purchased just for this purpose - It all came together - the edible sugar sheets and ink! Research was done prior to purchase.
