    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi! Just bought a PIXMA iP8720 and two of the ink cartridges that came with the printer have trouble lighting up when I click them in. One lights up after some gentle additional pressing. One doesn't light up at all.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Will that affect the printing? Or can I ignore the non lighting up part?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can I GET them all to light up?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Greetings,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The LED should be lit when a cartridge is installed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please refer to the follwong KB article.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://support.usa.canon.com/kb/index?page=content&amp;amp;id=ART114510" target="_blank"&gt;https://support.usa.canon.com/kb/index?page=content&amp;amp;id=ART114510&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cartridges should not be removed once installed (until empty).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No LED - The printer may not work correctly, the LED indicates the cartridge is installed and properly detected.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
