    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I got a new printer and when powered up, power led stays stable, alarm LED keeps blinking in 4 times and repeats.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can not setup wifi or even with USB cable. I have only cartridge (black) installed, tried to remove and install again few times but doesnt help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also tried to update firmware, but firmware updating utility can not find printer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does someone know what can be tried next?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ashish&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Greetings,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4 flashes means there is a problem with the FINE cartridge.&amp;nbsp; Not detected, not installed correctly, etc.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are you sure you have it properly installed?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
