    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The MP560 is not compatible with the Catalina operating system.&amp;nbsp; This printer is only compatible with computers that are running OS 10.11 and earlier or Windows 10 and earlier.&amp;nbsp; Please use the printer on a computer that has an earlier version of Mac OSX or Windows in order to continue using the scanner.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a MP560 Pixma Printer which I have had for a few years now. I have a new Apple Air laptop operating on macOS Catalina 10.15 and can't seem to scan documents from the printer to this new laptop. What do I have to do? Or is the printer too old for the operating system I am using?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Lauren&lt;/P&gt;</description>
