Printing Quarter Page vs full size

I have checked and double checked my paper size settings. Why is it only printing my full page document as a quarter page? I have also shut it off, restarted, etc.
MX490 Windows 10 PC

Hello.

Please try the following adjustment to see if we can resolve your issue:

1. Close any programs that are open.

2. Right-click the Start Button which is usually on the bottom left corner of your screen and choose "Run".

3. Type "control printers" and click OK.

4. Right-click the MX490 and choose Preferences or Printing Preferences.
5. In the Main tab, click the Defaults button at the bottom.

6. In the Page Setup tab, click the Defaults button at the bottom.
7. Click Apply and OK.

Once this has been done, try printing to test the unit.

No, that was not the problem. Turns out it is MS Edge and pdfs.

Same! I have a Mac and cannot switch it off of 1/4 page.

I have a mac book Air and I have the same problem. It seems to have started right after the last update from Apple...
