    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello! I am trying to scan a document and retrieve it from the Canon, it scans correctly and I can print directly from the printer, however there is no Canon Utilities in my Start and Apps menu, only a folder with a "readme" file. I looked to download the utilties suite, but maybe my printer is too old. I am just looking to retrieve the scan. Thank you!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello!
