    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I got a new laptop running windows 10. Downloaded the drives from canon, but I cannot connect the printer to the laptop. Keep getting an error of "new port cannot be created 0000"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried to uninstall and re-install, but no changes. Any help I can get?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
