Question about PIXMA TS9500

Hi, I just got my Canon Pixma 9500 and I have a question about the trays. First of all, what is the reason for 2 (front and rear) and how do I determine which one to use?

Hi pslane1,

The cassette in the front of the printer is used for letter sized plain paper.

The rear tray can handle all types of paper.
