Greeetings,

If you can print a test page normally and you have cleaned the print head/nozzles, muddy brown sounds like "double color management".

Just search for it on Google, I'm pretty sure its what you are experiencing.

My recently purchased TS8360 prints orange or muddy brown instead of red. I have tried all manner of things including dep cleaning. Also noticed that yellow is prominent when it should be beige or off white. I am using a lot of yellow ink, much more than the other colours. My laptop is a microsoft surface book and it displays colours close to the real ones so the issue appears to be with the printer. I have tried using the canon editor and get the same result
