      <description>&lt;P&gt;That did the trick!&amp;nbsp; I went to Windows Update and just installed everything available.&amp;nbsp; Selphy is now working the way it should - the wife is thrilled and I didn't have to buy a new printer.&amp;nbsp; THANK YOU!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
