From within your My Canon Account. You can set one up if you don't have one, and register your printer - it will then advise you that you're out of warranty and free phone support, and let you purchase phone support.

Your My Canon Account is 100% free, and it's where you will find all of the software, drivers, and self-help for all of your Canon products, so once you have the account setup, you can register all your Canon products. It also helps support, if you have to call, so they know what you have at a glance.

You can sign up, or sign in at canon.us/account

I'm going around in circles on the phone and online trying to find a way to purchase a support plan for my Pixma MG7520. I bought it over a year ago so the original support has expired. I will gladly pay to get support but finding it on your website is impossible. (BTW I tried to enter my model number on the "find a plan" spot on the service plan page but it does not recognize the MG7520.

HELP! TIA.
