    <description>&lt;P&gt;I sincerely hope everyone is safe and healthy.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Last week I heard a loud Crashing noise coming from the Printer, and I noticed that the left corner of the Lower lid was raised from the base about ½ inch and I could not put it in place.&amp;nbsp; , The corresponding rear hinge appears to be raised. (see photos)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The upper Lid to the Platen does not open.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The feeder for the scanner works but I can not access the platen to scan.
