    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a Pixma 6020 which was purchased in 2017.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It has just failed, initially with code C000. I've opened it up, and found a gear wheel (cog) had fallen off. I reinstalled it, and it keeps falling of - I get two different codes, either C000 or 6000.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I searched, and discovered that there is a Service Notice for this problem (see &lt;A href="https://www.usa.canon.com/internet/portal/us/home/support/product-advisories/detail/Service-Notice-PIXMA-TS9020-TS8020-TS6020-printers-gear-disconnected" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.usa.canon.com/internet/portal/us/home/support/product-advisories/detail/Service-Notice-PIXMA-TS9020-TS8020-TS6020-printers-gear-disconnected&lt;/A&gt;) where Canon indicate they will repair or replace the printer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does anyone have any recent experience getting this issue resolved (I realize the printer is 3 years old), and is there a way to report this issue online or via email (communicating during the work day by phone is a real problem for me)?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Steve&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Arthur J,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I do have similar issue the feed roller gear came out, I tried to fix, but its keep getting ejected. I tried to reach support, but my warranty was expired so not able to connect the support. Another possibility to reach support?&lt;BR /&gt;Chat also denying the request ,since the warranty was expired. I don't want to throw the printer for a single gear issue. any help is appreciated&lt;/P&gt;</description>
